The level measurement in the LPG tank is performed precisely and contactless using a Hall-effect sensor, which is mounted on the flange of the existing float instead of the level indicator. The compact transmitter unit is protected and approved for use in ATEX Zone 1 and may be installed in the manhole of underground tanks, under the protective hood of above ground tanks or outside. The sensor and transmitter can be mounted on the tank quickly and without complex cabling.
Level measurement on water tanks is carried out precisely using a hydrostatic pressure probe or capacitive sensor. The compact transmitter unit is suitable for all commercially available tank shapes: vertical or horizontal cylinder, rectangular or battery tank, above and below ground. A suitable free tank opening (diameter at least 1″) is required. The pressure probe or the capacitive sensor can be installed regardless of the fill level, even when the tank is full.
In order to measure oil, diesel and fuel tank levels accurately a capacitive sensor or hydrostatic pressure probe is used. The transmitter is designed to fit any shape of tank. An opening of at least 1 inch is required on the tank. The sensor can be installed even with the tank full. EX Zone 0 sensor are available.
This transmitter provides the capability to measure levels, temperature and location via GPS. This device is installed on the tank, together with a battery pack. The data is sent by GSM via SIM card. The data from the tank can be accessed at any time giving you full control of your fleet.
